Pool

The swimming pool is a Junior Olympic size pool complete with resort style furniture for the entire family can enjoy. There are swimming lanes, ranging from 3′ feet to 5′ in depth. Guests are welcome; however, there is a daily guest maximum of 4 per household and residents must accompany their guests. Safety of residents and guests is a primary concern; for that reason, safety rules are enforced. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or older. During the summer months, a pool monitor will be on duty to check resident ID’s and sign in guests of the pool.

Pool hours:  5 AM – 10 PM Tuesday – Sunday (Closed Monday for maintenance) 
Commonly opens for Spring Break through October 31st (weather permitting)  

Guests:  Max of 4 per household  

Pool & Cabana reservations can be made by emailing Reservations@fsresidential.com.  There is no exclusive use of the pool during a party.  Party maximum: 25 guests

Basketball Court

The Trophy Ridge basketball court (double basket) is available for anyone to test/develop their shooting skills, play a little game of “H-O-R-S-E”, match 2 on 2, or play a complete half-court game, etc. The sports court is available for use from daylight to dusk. All guests and/or non-residents must be accompanied by the resident host at all times. Please limit play time to 1 hour so all who attend will have a chance to play.
