  • Actually both. The front part, north of Manor Creek is in the city with all the usual services and taxes. The back portion, south of Manor Creek is in the county. They don’t pay city taxes, but have to contract with private sanitation companies. Tiger and Metro Sanitation are the current providers.

  • Trophy Ridge is managed by FirstService Residential. However, we are governed by a 3-member volunteer Board of Directors. Directors are elected for staggered 3-year terms. Elections are held in November. Directors must be homeowners.

  • The Board meets quarterly, the first Tuesday of February, May, August and November. When covid hit, meetings switched to Webex (on line) rather than in-person. All residents are encouraged to attend meetings.

  • Assessments are $500 annually, payable quarterly. We are audited annually and have had no adverse findings. Dues have been unchanged for years.

  • No, the City maintains the City streets and Bexar County maintains the County streets. Report any repairs to:

  • They may not be kept on any lot unless they are fully enclosed within the garage located on such lot and/or screened from view by a screening structure or fencing approved by the ACC. These vehicles and accessories must be in operable condition.

  • All household pets shall at all times, except when they are confined within the boundaries of a private single-family residence, be restrained or controlled by a leash. Please do not let your pets run loose. No one wants their landscaping damaged nor wants to clean up after someone else's pet. No more than 3 domestic pets may be kept at each property.

  • Garbage service is provided by City of San Antonio and the County portion of the Community is serviced by Tiger Sanitation and Metro Waste (aka Frontier Waste Solutions). Call City of San Antonio, Tiger Sanitation or Metro Waste to set up service. The number is provided below. Service pick up will be provided at the time of set up. Trash needs to be at the curb by 7:00 AM the morning of pick up. As a reminder, trash receptacles are not to be left in view of the street or neighboring lots until such days designated for collection. They must be stored out of view by the end of the day that the trash was collected.

  • Delivery is made Monday through Saturday and deposited in mailbox units located in your post office designated mailbox bank. Keys can be picked up at your local post office. The mailboxes are the property of the USPS, not the Association.
